The First Preparatory Committees for the 11th NPT Review Conference was held at the Vienna International Center from July 31, 2023 to August 11, 2023. At the NGO Session held on August 2, 2023, together with Mayor Matsui of Hiroshima (President of Mayors for Peace), Mayor Suzuki (Vice-President of Mayors for Peace) delivered a statement on behalf of Mayors for Peace.
